Jetzt möchte sich Skateboard P. von seiner Eigentumswohnung in Miami lösen. Er verkauft das knapp 850 Quadratmeter große Objekt, welches im 40. Stock sitzt und sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt für stolze $ 16,8 Millionen. Ihr bekommt man auch einiges für den Preis geboten: ein Billardzimmer, ein bescheidenes Kinozimmer, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ganz wichtig, der 360 Grad Blick über die Stadt, dazu die Dachterrasse, die über das Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist. Er sagte zwar immer Miami sei seine Lieblingstadt in den USA, doch hat er wohl eine noch geilere Crib gefunden – seht die Bilder unten:

Pharrell’s house is a 9,080 square foot condo on the 40th floor of a high-rise in Miami. The massive apartment features five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, and has 360 degree views of the city through floor-to-ceiling windows. Pharrell’s house has hardwood floors throughout, along with a media room, a billiard’s room, a gorgeous state-of-the-art kitchen, and multiple living spaces. Outside of Pharrell’s house, there is a pool, and a wrap-around terrace which can be accessed from the bedrooms. The view of the surrounding area is both stunning and dizzying. The price is set at $16.8 million, which is $4 million more than he paid for it back in 2007.
